With the increasing number of Tyres in the world, and less equipments for cutting bigger tyres i.e. Tractor and JCB tyres, we hereby introduce Tyre Cutting Machine 24". Also Known with the name Tractor Tyre cutting Machine or JCB Tyre cutting Machine or Big Tyre cutting Machine, the machine is able to cut both the side walls of tyre at a time, cutting it into three pieces i. e. two side walls and one tread part.

• It is able to cut tyres ranging from size of a cycle tyre to Tractor/JCB tyre(up to 1400-20), cutting big tyres into three as well as smaller tyres into various pieces.
• Able to cut both the side walls at a time.
• Able to cut 40-50 tractor/JCB tyres in an hour.
• Able to cut both Radial and Nylon tyres.
• Motor Used: 15 HP 960 RPM

Production Capacity: 2.5 to 3.5 tons per hour
